While challenges exist, they can be mitigated by fostering a learning-oriented culture and aligning initiatives with strategic goals. The journey of training and development is an ongoing commitment, where the nurturing of employee potential becomes the cornerstone of organizational success (Ahmed,2021).

Hi Ajith,
ReplyDeleteAgree with you. Training and development in HRM is a systematic process aimed at improving employee skills, knowledge, abilities, and competencies, ultimately contributing to the organization's success. It includes teaching current job skills and preparing employees for future roles. Benefits include improved performance, employee satisfaction, retention, adaptation to change, and increased innovation. Sabir et al. (2014) use correlation and regression to examine the effects of training and evelopment on employees' productivity and discover a favorable link. The researcher employs a quantitative methodology. The application of this study to the Electricity Supply Company shows a strong correlation between a number of characteristics and staff productivity.
